Platform Usage Rules

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the t2dm platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated below.

Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all t2dm platform users.

Acceptance of Terms & Account Creation

By accessing, browsing, or using the t2dm platform in any capacity, you legally agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document as well as all related policies displayed on the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

To register an account with t2dm, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • An individual who is legally eligible to enter into a binding contract.
  • Not residing in a jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts online gambling activity.
  • Register one account only — multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
  • Providing accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. t2dm will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

As a registered t2dm user, you agree to comply with all platform usage rules set out herein. Violation of any of these rules may result in the temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the t2dm platform:

  • Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or manipulate games.
  • Attempting to influence game outcomes through cheating, collusion, or system manipulation.
  • Abusing promotions, bonuses, or offers through unauthorised or dishonest means, including registering multiple accounts to claim repeated benefits.
  • Using the platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering.
  • Publishing harmful, offensive, or unlawful content through any communication channel on the platform.
  • Impersonating another person, including t2dm staff.

T2dm reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)

All financial transactions on the t2dm platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus payouts — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). t2dm does not accept foreign currencies directly; any currency conversion is solely the user's responsibility.

Accepted payment methods include local bank transfers via FPX, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other methods listed in your account's deposit section. Deposits are typically processed within a few minutes to two hours, depending on the method chosen.

For withdrawals, users are required to meet the following conditions before a request is processed:

  • Account identity verification has been fully completed.
  • All wagering requirements (rollover) associated with the bonus have been met.
  • No fraudulent activity or terms violations currently under investigation.
  • The registered bank account is held in the same name as the t2dm account.

T2dm reserves the right to decline or suspend any withdrawal request that raises concerns or does not meet the stipulated requirements. In such cases, the support team will reach out to the user for additional information.

Account Policy — Suspension & Closure

T2dm reserves the right to suspend or close a user account for the following reasons, without prior notice in certain cases:

  • Confirmation that a user is under 18 years of age.
  • Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
  • Confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system manipulation.
  • Repeated violations of platform usage rules.
  • A voluntary account closure request submitted by the user.
  • Account inactivity over an extended period, in accordance with the platform's internal policy.

When an account is closed for a valid reason, any eligible balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the investigation. However, balances linked to activity that violates these terms will not be refunded.

Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property

T2dm provides this platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be free from technical disruptions or errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, t2dm shall not be liable for:

  • Financial losses incurred during gameplay or as a result of game outcomes.
  • Service disruptions caused by factors beyond t2dm's control, such as internet infrastructure issues.
  • Indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the platform.

All content on the t2dm platform — including logos, interface designs, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of t2dm or its relevant licensors. Users are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, or using this content without written permission from t2dm.

Links to third-party websites that may appear on the platform are provided for convenience only. t2dm does not control and is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third-party websites.

Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

T2dm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior specific notice. The latest version of the terms will always be displayed on this page with an updated effective date. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Continued use of the t2dm platform following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure through our customer support channel.

These terms and conditions, and any disputes arising from them, are subject to applicable laws and jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement will be referred to a dispute resolution mechanism agreed upon by both parties.
